When you visit the website

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested and details of your browser. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and fast delivery (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Data may be transferred to the USA; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and has also agreed to the EU standard contractual clauses. This data is kept for as long as these purposes require; Cloudflare gives details at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies and browser storage

We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. That is why there is no consent banner. Your choice of language comes solely from the page address.

When you contact us

If you call, message us on WhatsApp or send an email, we process your details to answer your enquiry and arrange an appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete them when they are no longer needed for this and no statutory retention obligation applies.

WhatsApp: the button is a simple link. Nothing is sent to WhatsApp before you tap it. We use WhatsApp Business for enquiries. If you message us there, your phone number and messages are held in our WhatsApp Business account, and the terms of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland apply; data may also be transferred to the USA. If you do not want this, you can reach us by phone or email.

Email: our mailbox is with Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may also be transferred to the USA.

Please do not send us details about your health by WhatsApp or email. We discuss questions about skin and health in person at the studio.

Links to other services

The link “Open in Google Maps” leads to Google. Google only processes your data, under its own terms, once you tap it. The map on our site is a fixed image from our own hosting and transmits nothing.

Our social media profiles

We link to our social media profiles. These are simple links; nothing is embedded. The provider only processes your data, under its own terms, once you tap a link.

Instagram and Facebook belong to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland.

TikTok belongs to TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin, Ireland.

Our Google profile is with Google Ireland Limited.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To do so, write to laserium.info@gmail.com.

You are under no obligation to provide us with data. Without your contact details, however, we cannot reply. No automated decision-making takes place.
